Orders
· Orders are deliverable within Switzerland subject to stock availability
.
Please remember to fill out clearly all required information:
o Name
o Client number (if available)
o Email address (if available)
o House address (no postal box)
o Phone number
o Selected articles (with corresponding description, quantity, price)
o Comments (if necessary)
· Each order must have a minimum value of 20 SFr.
· When you confirm an order, you accept our general terms and conditions
(as described here on our Canadalink Internet site).
Deliveries
· Orders are mailed to your home address in Switzerland (no postal box allowed).

· Our average delivery time is 2 weeks, based on stock availability.
· We add the following incremental charges to each delivery:
- SFR 1.00: Handling/packing fee.
- SFR X.XX: Delivery fee based on Swiss B-Postal rate:
MAPLE CONNECTION
o Package up to 2kg: SFR 7.00
o Package up to 5kg: SFR 9.00
o Package up to 10kg: SFR 10.00
o Package up to 20kg: SFR 15.00
o Package up to 30kg: SFR 22.00
DESIGN AND FASHION CONNECTION
o Letter size up to B5/2 cm thick, 1-100g: SFR 0.85
o Letter size up to B5/2 cm thick, 101-250g: SFR 1.10
o Letter size up to B4/2cm thick, 1-100g: SFR 1.80
o Letter size up to B4/2cm thick, 101-500g: SFR 3.60
o Letter size up to B4/2cm thick, 501-1000g: SFR 4.00
· If requested, an order can be mailed via A-Post or courier but the delivery
fee will be adjusted accordingly.
· Orders over 200 SFr for delivery in Switzerland are free of charge.
Payments
· orders are delivered against pre-payment.
· All payments should be made to Postfinance account 87-462663-5, Wind Connections, 8703 Erlenbach.
. Please note that all products remain the property of Wind Connections until the
full payment has been made.
Returns and Exchanges
· You can return or exchange goods within 10 days of the delivery.
However, you must send back the item(s) to us unused, unopened, undamaged and
in the original packaging in a box with sufficient postage. We will reimburse
the price of the returned goods within 30 days.
Currency and General Conditions
· All canadalink (a division of Wind Connections) prices are quoted in Swiss
Francs.
· Canadalink (a division of Wind Connections) is not liable for any typing errors
or mistakes in our Internet website or on our fax documents.
· Canadalink (a division of Wind Connections) follows the law of Zurich / Switzerland
in all aspects of the business.
